According to multiple reports including KFAN contributor Michael Russo of The Athletic, General Manager Paul Fenton and the Minnesota Wild have dismissed a handful of notable names from the front office.
Among those let go today, Shep Harder and Andrew Brunette might be the most notable.
Harder was the team's incumbent assistant general manager under Chuck Fletcher and for one season under Paul Fenton. Former wild forward Andrew Brunette served as Fletcher's co-assistant GM with Harder and spent last season as director of player personnel.
Also relieved of their duties was Andrew Thomas (analytics).
It's like the first few of many offseason moves as Paul Fenton continues to shape the organization as he sees fit heading into the future.
