Vikings first-team offense goes 76-yards for the touchdown in New Orleans

Minnesota Vikings v New Orleans Saints

Opening up the preseason on the road against the New Orleans Saints, the Vikings first team offense looked nothing short of a well-oiled machine to open up the game.

All-in-all it was 76-yards for the score for Kirk Cousins and the first team crew. We saw solid catches (and runs) from Kyle Rudolph, we saw a deep 34 yard nearly touchdown grab from Cousins to Thielen and we saw rookie RB Alexander Mattison mixing in on the ground and getting the one-yard touchdown catch to cap it off.

The performance has to leave head coach Mike Zimmer with a good taste in his mouth after the Vikings offense has looked sharp all preseason long.
