Monday's in the NFL can go one of two ways.
For teams who are struggling, Monday is the most uncomfortable film session of the week. Hours spent after the game critiquing and highlighting mistakes quickly turn into hours on Monday pointing out all the things you as players did wrong.
Conversely, if the game on Sunday goes well, if you walk away with a win and the game is relatively clean, "victory Monday" is a real thing. It's never guaranteed, but depending on the coach, an extra off day might be thrown in there to help players get healthy and morale to be boosted.
