It’s no secret that as a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, Tom Brady is now intimately involved in the decisions being made at the highest levels of the organization, from the new head coach to the search for a franchise quarterback. Dan thinks Mark Davis is smart to listen to Tom, and he wonders why more billionaire owners don’t let those who know the game inform their decisions.
Dan Patrick: “I was told a while ago, in fact said it here, that (Tom) Brady was running the team; this was his. And that’s not a question now; everybody knows that that’s the case, that Tom was going to be involved in who the coach was going to be and certainly what are they going to do at the quarterbacking position. But Mark Davis is smart to let Tom Brady do this!”
